These Terms of Service govern your use of lughlabs.io and of our apps, including Get a Weekend, all operated by Lugh Labs LLC ("Lugh Labs," "we," "us"). By using them, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

This site is provided to describe Lugh Labs and its work. Content is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

Services & Engagements

This site describes the general categories of work Lugh Labs performs — software development, cyber security, and consulting. It is not an offer to contract. Any actual engagement for services (scope, deliverables, fees, and terms) is governed by a separate written agreement between Lugh Labs and the client, which takes precedence over anything stated on this site.

Get a Weekend

Get a Weekend (getaweekend.com) watches flight fares for the cities you choose and sends you plans for weekends. These terms apply to it in addition to the rest of this page.

• We plan; we do not book or charge. A plan is a suggestion with links to the providers. Nothing is booked, held or paid for through us, and you book with each provider yourself.
• Prices and availability change. Fares, hotel rates, shows and places come from third parties. We show what they showed us at the time stated on the plan. We do not guarantee any price, availability or accuracy, and a provider's terms apply when you book with them.
• Your calendar is information only. If you connect one, we list events that fall on a trip so you can spot a clash. We do not decide anything for you from it and we are not responsible for a clash we did not show.
• Who may use it. You must be at least 18 and in the United States, and give us a real email address you control. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Your data. What we collect and how we use it is in our Privacy Policy. You can ask us to delete your account at any time.
• Stopping. You can stop at any time by pausing offers, using the link in an email, or asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or end an account that is abused or that harms the service or others.
• The service as it is. Get a Weekend is provided "as is" and may change, pause or end at any time. It is under active development and may contain mistakes.

Intellectual Property

The Lugh Labs name, branding, and site content are the property of Lugh Labs LLC unless otherwise noted. You may not reproduce or repurpose them without permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lugh Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our apps, including any trip, booking or purchase you make with a third party. Our total liability for any claim relating to an app is limited to what you paid us for it, which for a free app is nothing.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms as the site or business evolves. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
